Hello Nitin, Once again the excellent arrangements for Kerala tour were of the best.Thank you for your attention to detail, and also for the unexpected and lovely upgrade into suite at the Leela Kovalam. We felt very spoilt and pampered at every stage of our journey through India. Everywhere was different from past trip and interesting in it's own unique way. Hotels were all terrific as was everything else. Staff, agents and guides were all excellent, what a high standard you maintain. You are a star at organising everything so well.

India was truly amazing. Trucks, motorbikes everywhere, Tigers, leopards, elephants, camels, sunsets in the desert, incredible forts and palaces, The Taj, great food, fantastic hotels, dogs, antelopes, villages, cows, people, people, people and more people. As you know we had different guides but the same driver for the entire trip. Raj (the driver) was incredible! I will always be amazed at how he managed to negotiate the traffic in India without a scratch to the car. He was a very friendly and genuine person and took extremely good care of us with nothing to much trouble. He would often add items of interest to our trip and would stop at villages so that we could interact with the locals. Along with the items included in the trip, we spent some time with a family making mud bricks and learnt how it was done, stopped to watch bullocks pulling water from a well and discussed life in India with the farmer, bullocks grinding mustard seeds for oils and more, each one adding to our understanding of Indian culture. The evening in the desert at Jodhpur was so incredible I don't think I'll ever forget it, just like a dream, everything so amazingly organsied, it was magical, thank you so very much. It was great to see you and we're looking forward to you all coming in November 2016! Best wishes
Thank you for the holiday, I couldn't have dreamed it better. Kumarakom is perhaps the most soothing place I've ever been - and the houseboat was phenomenal. The backwaters were so beautiful and the staff on the boat were incredibly lovely. Actually, the staff were the highlight everywhere - each and every Greaves person was charming and helpful, and the hotel staff were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. The only thing I would have changed about the whole trip was to cancel the work I'd gone to India to do, and to spend longer in Kerala! We're both already desperate to go back.
Hi Ayesha, Wow - what a trip! Thank you so much for all the organizing you did. Everything went off flawlessly and the accommodation, guides, representatives in India were all first class. Please convey our thanks to your representatives in India, NAD, who were absolutely superb throughout. In particular, please extend my sincere thanks to Nitin (our principal contact in Delhi who was a joy to meet and who was excellent). We were very fortunate in our sightings. A total of 12 tigers in all including sightings on 7 of our 10 drives. An absolutely superb trip. I have enclosed some of our pictures and can send more if you are interested plus a couple of videos once we get things sorted again this weekend. Again - many many thanks to you and the folks at NAD.
Our challenge to NAD was to put together a budget conscious "off the beaten track" introduction to Rajasthan that would satisfy a small group of jaded travellers whose real life concept of " out of the way" is to enter Peter Jones from the back door.
All of your itinerary suggestions provided the perfect level of comfort, adventure and seamless co-ordination. 5 Star India is baling on steroids and must be seen but it was the little tucked away heritage hotels, our early morning walks in the local villages ( mind the cow dung) and weaving through the potholes of an Indian highway that was our real introduction to another world. It was wonderful we could boast to the Mumbai elite we were going to places they had never heard of; score one for us at the dinner table.
As for service I am afraid NAD has to take second place behind the cobbler of Raipur village who measured our feet at 11:00am and produced hand stitched goat hide moccasins for delivery to Lakshman Sagar in the Badlands of India ( Maharajah's former hunting lodge of course ) at 6 the next morning for under a tenner.
I was so impressed with the country that I am now planning a month's visit in 2016 and will certainly be asking NAD to handle my arrangements
We had a great time and I would like to thank you for your excellent personal service in arranging our trip (and my birthday cake!). We were keen to travel with you again, having had a great time in Northern India. It was great to see that your standards are still just as high and the people you work with in India still just as outstanding as before. We very much hope that we'll be able to travel with you again in the future.

The service when booking and before we travelled was excellent. The standards of the hotels you recommended was very high. We liked them all but the hotels in Varanasi and Bandhavgarh were outstanding.

We had a wonderful time in India last month. You were very helpful and efficient in all the planning and booking stages - thank you very much Nitin.
We were also impressed by the efficiency of you and your partners on the ground at different stages of the trip; we were always met, and moved on to the next place, on time, and given helpful advice.
The driver and guide in South India were both excellent. They were both very flexible in accommodating slight deviations from the fixed programme. The driver was very responsible and guide was quite exceptional; extremely knowledgeable about the history, art, culture etc and very good at putting across his knowledge.

Thanks for organising our trip to India. We had a great time.Our word of thanks goes to Nitin. who were responsible for our itinerary in India. Everything worked like clockwork. Someone was there to meet us at every connection. Our tour of Rajasthan was absolutely magical and far exceeded our expectations. Although we have widely travelled throughout the world, this was our first time in India and we will definitely go back - perhaps next time to Kerala. All the hotels were absolutely outstanding but special mention must go to the Chhatra Sagar Camp and RAAS Jodhpur. It was such a privilege to stay in such magnificent places and we truly felt we were being treated as royalty!
Overall this trip has left us with so many magical memories. Thank you so much once again for all your help. We will definitely come back to NAD.
I am writing to give you some feedback on our tour. Overall, we were all very happy and I want to thank you all for your hard work in putting together our tour. We had great photo opportunities with the tigers in Bandhavgarh, Kanha and Satpura. We had GREAT drivers, impeccable service, and were always friendly and happy to help. Mr. Raj went far out of his way to make sure that we were all happy, including spending a lot of personal time with us talking about tiger conservation, which really enriched the tour.
