Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Procedure
Once you confirmed your Tour certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid 60 days prior to date of arrival or upon arrival in INDIA but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

In case bookings are during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Diwali, Holi etc.), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

 

Mode of Payment
Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank. Our team would send across our bank details. There will be a small bank transfer fees, which needs to be accepted before processing the transfer.

 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
If cancellation is 60 Days before date of arrival: No Cancellation Charges
If cancellation is 45 Days before date of arrival: 70% of the deposited amount towards 'Tour cost" shall be refunded.
If cancellation is 30 Days before date of arrival: 50% of the deposited amount towards 'Tour cost" shall be refunded.
If cancellation is after 30 Days, date of arrival: No Refund

 

Exceptions (Wildlife Safaris, Flights & Peak Season)
Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable.
Domestic Flight are non cancelable, non refundable & non changeable.
If booking under Peak season: cancellation is 90 Days before date of arrival no cancellation Charges. If cancellation is after 90 Days, date of arrival: No Refund
However actual cancellation charges would depend upon the policy of the hotels, transporters, guides and other principals involved in the tour. We try to refund the as much as possible payment to our guests.

 

Refunds
No refund will be made for any unutilized or partly utilized services of any nature. Any refund due to the client/s on account of cancellation and for changes made in the booking or on any other account will take minimum 15 (Fifteen days) to process. No partial refund shall be made for unused rooms, meals and other services.

 

Insurance
In the interest of the client/s we recommend for taking Comprehensive Travel Insurance at their cost covering all risks.

 

Privacy Policy
Privacy Information you submit to NAD Travels via this website is used for the sole purpose of correspondence between representatives of NAD Travels and yourself, necessary in answering your enquiry and doing business with you. NAD Travels will not (in any case) pass on your details to a third-party for marketing other products or services.
